FBK Holdings was formed in January 2005 as a result of a merger stemming from a year-long joint venture between FBK Products and Trivision Marketing under which Trivision generated consumer leads for various FBK product lines. The company’s combined operations, and complimentary expertise to consolidate into a complete front and back end direct to consumer marketing company.  

Trivision Marketing was formed in 2003 as an Internet based lead generation company that via a large affiliate network and through database marketing targeted consumers with offers meeting specific needs and interests of clients. Trivision Marketing became the chief lead supplier for FBK Products upon its formation in 2004.

FBK Products was formed in Jan 2004 as a direct to consumer sales organization offering multiple products lines, including a variety of medical discount programs, as well as environmentally friendly septic system maintenance products to homeowners with septic systems.

The resulting combined entity, FBK Holdings, LLC,  generates and acquires its own leads, markets and sells direct to consumers, up-sells multiple products to its existing customer base and ships all of its own household products. Since its formation FBK Holdings has continuously added additional products to each of its existing lines of business. The company has just recently expanded from three sales centers in South Florida, with a combined staff of over 200 sales professionals, and opened its forth location with over 100 additional sales stations in Dec 2005. The company currently has a proprietary database in excess of 2 million customers and 4 million prospects; this database continues to grow on a daily basis.

FBK Holdings LLC is self funded by its founders, all with previously successful direct marketing experience. The company has sustained its growth from its own cash flow and is profitable and cash flow positive. The Company plans to expand its product lines using its proven sales and marketing infrastructure. The company also plans to add additional complimentary products and aggressively increase its sales staff.
