Gary Kranz: co-founder FBK Products, Inc.
 

Gary has served as CEO since inception in 2003. Mr. Kranz has over 17 years of direct to consumer product sales via tele-marketing.

Senior Vice president and Co-founder of American Home Direct Corp., a publisher of direct to consumer card packs. These packs are marketed to 100% direct mail buying consumers. These customers in the rural market value this type of marketing because they do not have easy access to shopping centers. American Home Direct mails to 5 million recipients each year. The company is among the top three in the consumer card deck industry.

CEO/ Vice President and Co-Founder Krane Products Inc. Prior to co-founding FBK Products, Mr. Kranz  successfully co-founded and acted as  Chief Executive Officer and Vice President of  Krane Products, Inc., a direct marketing company of continuity-based home products that operated six outbound call center in South Florida with over 400 telemarketing seats from 1987 through 2003. The company grew to revenues to $50M annually. In May of 2000, HIG Capital, a venture capital firm purchased  Krane Products and  in March of 2002 the company was acquired by Thane International, a then publicly traded company.

Mr. Kaufman has more than 14 years of experience in corporate leadership and entrepreneurial business building.  Mr. Kaufman has successfully focused on building and organizing profitable companies, both private and public, with increasing revenue development and brand growth across multiple media platforms.

Mr. Kaufman was directly responsible for the creation, management and strategic planning for sales, infrastructure and operations within the entire Equifax Marketing Services, with divisions consisting of approximately 500 employees and $14 million in monthly revenue.

COO Naviant, Inc. Mr. Kaufman was actively involved in the acquisition and integration of Naviant into Equifax, while still maintaining revenue growth on a month over month basis.  Under Mr. Kaufman’s leadership, Naviant continuously met or exceeded sales goals.

CEO and founder of Sweepsclub.com, Inc Mr. Kaufman was President, CEO and founder of Sweepsclub.com, Inc., a leading online performance based marketing and loyalty solutions provider.  Mr. Kaufman combined his entrepreneurial and management skills to position the company as an industry leader.  Sweepsclub was ranked as one of the Top 10 Fastest Growing Web sites and was consistently ranked as one of the highest trafficked sites on the Internet.  After attaining a sustained level of profitability, Sweepsclub.com was acquired by Naviant, Inc. in April of 2002.

Mr. Kaufman graduated from the University of Maryland in 1990 and holds a Bachelors Degree in Political Science.

Marc has served as a Managing Partner since inception in 2003.  Prior to to merging Trivision with  FBK Products Inc., Mr. Rona was responsible for developing product lines, and all aspects of marketing including data and lead generation. 

Vice President of Sales Equifax, Inc.  Mr. Rona’s role included management of the Equifax New York Sales office, and overseeing a sales division that was responsible for achieving over $160 million dollars in revenue for the year. 

Vice President of Sales Naviant, Inc.  In April of 2002, Sweepsclub.com was acquired by Naviant, which was subsequently acquired by Equifax in August of 2002.   Mr. Rona assumed the title of Vice President of Sales of Naviant, Inc. upon the acquisition. 

Vice President of Sales Sweepsclub.com, Inc.  In 1999, Mr.. Rona Co-Founded  Big iDeals, Inc., a direct marketing company formed to bridge emerging online companies with offline marketing opportunities. Big iDeals was acquired in early 2000 by Sweepsclub.com, a leading online performance based marketing and loyalty solutions provider where Mr. Rona served as a partner and Vice President of Sales...  Sweepsclub was ranked as one of the Top 10 Fastest Growing Web sites and was consistently ranked as one of the highest trafficked sites on the Internet.

Mr. Rona graduated from Ithaca College in 1991 and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management.

Chakkalina, the Company's Japanese subsidiary, was acquired in 2001 and is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of iTX Corporation. Mr. Weiss is responsible for all marketing centers and their respective managers, sales staff and sales productivity. Mr. Weiss was instrumental in the set up, staffing and training of all of FBK Holdings South Florida offices. Mr. Weiss trained each call center manger to effectively run a profitable center. Mr. Weiss also oversees the customer service, collections departments and office managers.

Mr. Weiss has over 15 years of call center management experience with Krane Products, Inc. Mr. Weiss managed four call centers generating over 25 million in gross revenue and a staff of over 300 sales representatives.

Mr. Weiss graduated from Tulane University in 1984, with honors and holds a Bachelors Degree in Business.

Denise Kantrowitz: CFO FBK Products, Inc.

Mrs. Kantrowitz has been CFO of FBK since April 2004. Prior to FBK Products, Mrs. Kantrowitz acted as Chief Financial Officer of Krane Products, Inc., a direct marketing company of continuity-based home products that operated six outbound call centers in South Florida with over 400 telemarketing seats from 2000 through 2004. Mrs. Kantrowitz is a Florida licensed CPA .She spent four years with Deloitte and Touche in the audit department then went into the private sector concentrating on financial and SEC reporting, start ups, and operational internal controls.
           
Mrs. Kantrowitz graduated from the University of Florida and holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and obtained her masters in accounting from the University of Miami.
